Organissimo stretches the boundaries of traditional organ trios by blending elements of funk, blues, Latin rhythms and progressive rock. Dubbed by the Chicago Tribune as one of the most promising organ trios in Jazz, Organissimo has played hundreds of jazz festivals and jazz clubs. Some of the more notable ones are: Detroit International Jazz Festival, Chicago Jazz Festival, Tel-Aviv Jazz Festival in Israel, Syracuse Jazz Festival, Baker’s Keyboard Lounge, The Green Mill, The Jazz Cafe, and many others. Organissimo is comprised of members Jim Alfredson (Hammond organ), Larry Barris (guitar) and Randy Marsh (drums).
Performances are held outdoors on the Museum Terrace and will take place rain or shine. For more information, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or 616.831.2917.
