The Administrative Assistant serves as administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer and the Lead Accountant by maintaining calendars, entering accounting data into Financial Edge Nxt, managing and preparing files, and coordinating meetings and appointments with both internal and external parties.
The Advancement Assistant serves as administrative support to the Senior Communications Coordinator and the Membership Manager by performing departmental administration and support.
The Associate Curator will join a team that creates exceptional art and learning experiences through the organization of exhibitions, interpretive materials, and programs that engage diverse audiences. They will serve as a connector between the community, GRAM’s Permanent Collection, temporary exhibitions, and special projects by expanding upon traditional models for audience engagement within art museums.
The role of the Executive Office Intern is to support the efforts of the Executive Office. Responsibilities will include meeting management, account and record keeping, filing, and special projects. As a member of the staff team, the Executive Office Intern implements strategies that carry out the museum’s overall mission.
The Grand Rapids Art Museum Preparations department welcomes

painting of the gallery spaces, lighting maintenance, changing exhibitions projects and
care of the permanent collection as needed.
