The Art Museum launches a new tradition:Art in Bloom. Enjoy floral designs by a selection of the region's most talented floral designers inspired by works of art from the Museum's permanent collection.
People's Choice Awards judging opens at 5pm and voting is open until 2pm on Sunday. Ballots available at Visitor's Services Desk.

Celebrate the beginning of summer with a sustainable garden project. Families will learn about the depiction of flowers in fine art by viewing the paintings in the galleries and create an innovative flower sculpture using recycled materials.

Chris Giftos, master florist at New York City's Metropolitan Museum of Art presents a lecture and floral demonstration. The designs will be available for auction at the event conclusion. For more then 30 years, Chris Giftos created arrangements for the Met's Great Hall and period rooms. He has appeared on the Martha Stewart and Oprah Winfrey shows, and created arrangements for private clients like Jackie Onassis.
