The Grand Rapids Art Museum believes in the powerful role that innovation plays in helping us create great experiences for our guests. As a result, we are always experimenting with new ways to surprise and engage visitors to the museum. #GRAMLabs is the title we’ve chosen for projects that are in development, which we’d like your feedback on. Help us make these initiatives the best they can be, by trying them out and sharing your suggestions.
Student Intern, Brandon Klotz, recognized that guests at GRAM would really benefit from an enhanced map. He spent countless hours observing how people were moving through the museum and interviewing groups of people about their experience. Through this process of discovery, he decided to create an interactive map providing different content themes that guests had expressed an interest in.
