Room Descriptions

Weddings
GRAM offers a variety of wedding packages perfect for your special day.
Outdoor ceremonies in the Art Museum’s modern Pocket Park are a great beginning, followed by a reception on the outdoor dining terraces. If you prefer to be indoors during the colder months, the Cook Auditorium can accommodate up to 150 of your friends and family.

June 14th and August 9th are now available for booking!

Wege Pavilion
With ceilings rising more than 30 feet, the main lobby area of the Art Museum offers a grand experience for guests. Enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in the surroundings of the elegant, environmentally friendly elements of the Museum, such as the Reflecting Pool, part of GRAM’s water recycling system.


Cook Auditorium
With the multi-purpose, non-permanent seating, the Cook Auditorium has wooden floors and walls. A summer solstice star pattern gently shines over the guests from recessed ceiling lighting. Ambient atmosphere, moveable seating and state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment allows for a wide variety of functions in this space.


Balcony
Overlooking the Wege Pavilion, the balcony offers spectacular views of the Museum’s architecture. With easy access to the galleries, the balcony is the perfect space for a concert, or small reception.


East Court
The East Court offers a quaint space with views of downtown that can be used for a small reception, or added to any rental to offer extra space for mingling, a bar or food stations.


Outdoor Terraces
The outdoor terraces are an exciting spot if you’re looking for a great outdoor venue to have live music, food and a refreshing open-air atmosphere. With the large portico helping protect guests from sun and light rain, the terraces offer an outdoor downtown experience with style.


Museum Pocket Park
With a water wall backdrop, the Pocket Park is a unique space in the heart of downtown. The outdoor uses for this intimate yet open area are numerous.


Board Room
The GRAM boardroom is a sophisticated space to hold corporate gatherings or intimate functions. Beautiful furniture and audiovisual equipment complement events perfectly.


President’s Conference Room
Ideal for small corporate meetings or luncheons, this conference room is private and has a charming view of downtown, Monroe Center.


Member’s Lounge
This versatile space is fitted with comfortable seating and spectacular views. Be creative as to how it will suit your meeting or reception.


Veranda
An outdoor, elevated space that overlooks over a beautiful courtyard and bustling city street, the Veranda is a great space for functions. Bring in a live band for dancing or set up tables for a quaint dinner party.


Garden Room
With direct street access, this room is fitting for a variety of functions. Whether it involves food and beverage or using a projector, the Garden Room is convenience at its best.


Art Studio
Celebrate a child’s birthday party or host an art party, this space is great to be creative, active and produce some fun craft projects or artwork.
