Groups of 10 or more guests qualify for discounted group admission pricing, as well as a discount in the Museum Store.

Docent-Guided Tours
Explore the works of art on view with a docent-guided tour of the galleries, or schedule your own tour at a time that works for you! See the calendar page for the dates, times, and themes for each tour. All drop-in tours are free with Museum admission; tours held on Meijer Free Tuesdays are FREE!

Learning to Look
A great way to start your museum experience at GRAM! By engaging in conversation about the formal qualities of art, gain understanding of the art-making process and unlock the choices artists make to tell their stories. Learn skills that can be used to understand art in any setting.

Green Tour
Experience the green features of world’s first LEED Gold Certified art museum. A guided conversation takes you through an investigation of the building and works of art inside.

Girl Scout Tours
Bring your troop to GRAM for an enriching experience while working toward badges. GRAM’s specially designed tour introduces Girl Scouts to the influence women have on art, as represented by GRAM’s collection and temporary exhibitions. This tour builds museum literacy skills through interactive activities led by docents
in galleries.

ArtPrize 2014

See the Art During Member-Only Hours

ArtPrize Tours Group Visits
September 24 – October 12, 2014 10:00 am – 12:00 noon

Self-guided tours: $7 per person, includes a reusable
tote bag, water bottle, designated bus drop-off, and ArtPrize voting registration

Docent-guided tours: Add an additional $40 per docent for guided-tour

A self-guided tour of the galleries is a great way to explore the art before the crowds arrive. Extend your ArtPrize group experience with a docent-led tour and get an inside look at ArtPrize at GRAM 2014 from one of our volunteer art educators. Groups of 15 or more require additional docents.

Group Visit and GRAM Guided Tour Pricing:
A group must consist of at least 10 individuals.

Adult (18 +): $7.00 per person
Senior (62+): $6.00 per person
College (with valid ID): $6.00 per person
Youth (17 and under): $4.00 per person
Adult Group Leader: Free – one person designated per group
GRAM Members: Free (for self-guided, admission rates apply for guided tours)
