Gallery Chat: Women in Art

Saturday, Jan 30, 2021
1:00 pm — 2:00 pm

Drop in to a gallery and chat with a GRAM docent about the works of art on view. Docents will be stationed by a specific work, and guests can stop by to talk with them about the art and artist. This is a great opportunity for art lovers of all ages to explore the many works on view at GRAM. Registration is not required. Signage will be in the Lobby with the location of the docent.

In this Gallery Chat, explore how women have a unique perspective both as the subject of works of art and creating artwork themselves. These chats will explore the representation of women in GRAM’s permanent collection both past and present, and the stories of women artists.

We’re excited for guests to safely participate in select programming at the Museum. Expect new procedures including: reduced program capacity to ensure distancing, face covering requirements, and regular sanitization and cleaning.
