Kendall College of Art and Design Students + GRAM
KCAD students receive a free membership to GRAM for the entirety of their enrollment. Present a current KCAD ID at GRAM’s Front Desk, or email a copy to membership@artmuseumgr.org to receive free admission and to enroll in the KCAD Student Membership program. Membership FAQ
If you would like your member cards, letters, and newsletters to reflect a new name, contact the Membership Office at membership@artmuseumgr.org or 616.831.2912, and our team will update your information.
Memberships are non-refundable or cannot be transferred.
Monthly memberships require a six-month minimum commitment and automatically renew each month at your selected membership level. Monthly members receive a digital membership card only, which updates automatically each month and can be added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Monthly memberships require a minimum six-month commitment before they can be canceled. After the initial six-months, you may cancel your monthly membership at any time by contacting our Membership Office at phone or email at membership@artmuseumgr.org or 616.831.2912.
To receive discounts on programs and to register for members-only events, visit the event page and click register, then login using the email associated with your membership, or enter your Member ID to activate your member benefits. Your Member ID is located on the back of your membership card. Can’t remember the email you used? Contact Visitor Services at info@artmuseumgr.org or 616.831.1000.
One-hour parking vouchers are available at the Front Desk during your visit to the Museum. Vouchers are for City of Grand Rapids parking ramps only. Check your membership level to confirm the number of parking vouchers you are eligible for.
Reciprocal memberships are a category of membership that allow reciprocal benefits at more than 1,000 arts and culture institutions across North America. GRAM memberships of over $100 in value receive these benefits.
GRAM is a member of North American Reciprocal Museum (NARM), Reciprocal Organization of Associated Museums (ROAM), and Michigan Reciprocal Museums.

Yes. Please contact the Membership Office at 616.831.2912 or membership@artmuseumgr.org to update your information. Please also review and update your contact information as you renew your membership.
You may begin using your membership immediately after purchase and should expect to receive your new digital membership card(s) within a week of joining or renewing. If you opted into a physical card, you can expect your card(s) within three weeks of joining. You may always visit without your card(s). Upon your arrival, check in with Visitor Services with a valid ID.
Monthly memberships are not eligible for physical cards.

Digital Membership Card FAQs
Your digital membership card is unique to your membership and displays your name, membership level, expiration date, and a barcode for us to scan. Simply show your digital membership card to Visitor Services at the Front Desk to take advantage of your member benefits.
Digital membership cards are sent to the primary email address of every active member. You will need to open this email on your mobile device and follow the instructions to download the card. The card will automatically be stored in your iPhone’s Wallet app.
Android users may need to install Wallet Passes from the Google Play store prior to downloading your card.
Access the email from your smartphone and click the “Download” button, then click “Add to Wallet” and “Add.” The card will automatically go to your iPhone’s Apple Wallet. It can be accessed in Wallet at any time.

No. Your new digital card will need to be downloaded and re-added to your digital wallet upon membership renewal or when your membership information changes. Please note: Monthly members will receive a new digital card each month that can be downloaded and re-added to your mobile device.
If you prefer a physical card, you can opt-in for a free card when you renew or join online, by mail, phone, or in person. If you’d like to receive a physical card in the middle of your membership term, contact the Membership Office at 616.831.2912 or membership@artmuseumgr.org.

Yes. Please contact the Membership Office at 616.831.2912, and we can resend the email for you to download and enjoy your digital membership card. You may also want to check the Junk, Spam, and Unwanted folders of your email.
For memberships with more than one member, each member will receive a unique digital membership card via email. If a membership with two members has only one email address on record, then both digital membership cards will be sent to the primary email address. Members can then forward the email to ensure that their partner receives their digital membership card.
If you have an iPhone, the card will automatically download to Apple Wallet. Check the app for your new card. If you have an Android, you’ll need to download Wallet Passes from the Play Store prior to downloading the card.
Digital membership cards for memberships with reciprocal benefits display NARM, ROAM, and Michigan Reciprocal Museum banners. Simply show your digital membership card at participating museums to receive free or reduced admission.
