Have a GRAM art crush? Join us as we team up with museums and galleries across the world in celebrating Valentine’s Day with #HeartsforArt from February 9 – 13.
Here’s how it works!
1. Pick up a heart at the Visitor Experience desk.
2. Find the work of art that steals your heart and make it official by placing your paper heart on the floor in front of the artwork. Remember: Look but don’t touch!
3. Make sure to share your love on social media by tagging #HeartsforArt and @grartmuseum. We’ll share some of our favorites!
This initiative was launched by Columbus Museum of Art and Oakland Museum of California in 2014 as a fun way for visitors to express their love for art.
Hearts and photography are permitted in all galleries except works marked with a “No Photography” sign. Ask your friendly gallery attendant if you are unsure.
