Join us once a month for unique and creative artmaking sessions influenced by a range of art practices. During the session, you’ll be guided through concept and material exploration. Through hands-on projects and gallery tours, participants will develop a deeper understanding of art and personal expression.
On June 12, explore combining pattern and color with portraits in GRAM Studio! Get inspired by the quilted works in American Perspectives: Stories from the American Folk Art Museum Collection and create personal narrative through patchwork portraits with colorful fabric. Participants are strongly encouraged to bring in an 8.5” x 11” photo of a self-portrait or a loved one to use as inspiration for artworks.
Please note: programming at GRAM is running with enhanced safety measures, including reduced program capacity to ensure distancing, face covering requirements, regular sanitization and cleaning, and restricting the sharing of tools/materials among participants.
