Create your own original character using Jim Henson’s “Sponge-ees” method of puppet construction! Build your own hand-and-rod puppet using foam, rubber, and fabric in GRAM Studio as you explore the basics of character design. Due to the level of detail involved in creating these puppets, this workshop will occur over two sessions. All materials are provided; pricing includes both workshop sessions and discounted access to The Jim Henson Exhibition: Imagination Unlimited for October 6.
Please note: Program safety measures include face covering recommendations, regular sanitization and cleaning, and restricting the sharing of tools/materials among participants. Masks will be available for those who do not have one.
