Tour Experiences

All tours feature hands-on activities throughout the galleries.

This interactive tour will explore the beauty of creativity in America, inspired by The Spirit of Independence: Artists’ Reflections on Freedom. Tour themes include:

    • Landscapes and National Parks
    • Freedom to Dream
    • Symbols and Treasures
    • People and Community

Inspired by Decadent Spirit: French Art at the Turn of the Century, participants will explore the artists and ideas that shaped Paris during one of its most significant eras of creativity and reinvention – featuring more than 130 works across diverse media, including works on paper, painting, sculpture, metalkwork, early film, and more.

This hands-on tour will experiment with creative ways to explore a variety of different artworks on view with gallery activities and sensory engagement for all ages.

Lead the museum experience yourself by registering your students for a self-guided tour. Explore the museum’s collection and special exhibitions at your own pace while focusing on works directly related to your groups interest.

Workshop Offerings

Book this workshop experience as an add-on to any tour experience for a student-directed studio session. Participants receive prompts and access to variety of art supplies to experiment with a wide range of processes, resulting in an artwork that’s entirely their own.
