Join GRAM Collection artist Jerry Gretzinger, creator of Jerry’s Map, for an afternoon of map-based creativity at GRAM.
What started as a doodle of an imaginary city in 1963, has evolved into a two-dimensional “virtual world” of more than 4,000 individual 8x10 inch panels. Over six-decades later, the project has been continuously revised and expanded.
During this exclusive artist-led workshop, participants will explore Jerry’s map-making process first-hand using the prompts and techniques generated by the artist to create their own imagined world on 8x10 inch panels.
All materials will be provided. No experience necessary.
