Family Day: Lasting Legacy

Families of all ages are invited to share their legacy at GRAM! To celebrate the newest exhibitions, An Art of Changes: Jasper Johns Prints and An Interwoven Legacy: The Black Ash Basketry of Kelly Church and Cherish Parrish, GRAM will host of a variety of activities throughout the Museum.

  • Scavenger hunt with prizes
  • Gallery Chats in the exhibitions with GRAM Docents
  • Art making projects in the Studio: Monoprinting Magic and Colorful Woven Bowls
  • Community art project: Weaving Together Our Legacy
  • Storytime in the galleries
  • Performance (12pm, 1pm, and 2pm) of Neshnabek storytelling and music by Madalene and Sterling Big Bear in the auditorium, provided by the Kaufman Interfaith Institute

All activities are included with museum admission, and no registration is required. 

Please note: programming at GRAM is running with enhanced safety measures, including face covering requirements regardless of vaccination status, regular sanitization and cleaning, and restricting the sharing of tools/​materials among participants. Masks will be available for those who do not have one.
