Drop in to a gallery and chat with a GRAM docent and Grand Rapids African American Museum & Archives volunteer about works of art on view in the exhibition Dawoud Bey & Carrie Mae Weems: In Dialogue. Docents will be stationed by a specific work in the exhibition and guests can stop by to chat with them about the art and artist. This is a fantastic opportunity for art lovers of all ages to explore the many works on view at GRAM. Registration is not required.
Please note: Program safety measures include face covering recommendations, regular sanitization and cleaning, and restricting the sharing of tools/materials among participants. Masks will be available for those who do not have one.
