GRAM Docent discussing artwork on a tour with museum guests.

Gallery Chat: Revolutionary Times

Tuesday, Apr 30, 2024
1:00 pm — 2:30 pm

Drop in to a gallery and chat with a GRAM docent about the works of art on view. Docents will be stationed by a specific work, and guests can stop by to chat with them about the art and artist. This is a fantastic opportunity for art lovers of all ages to explore the many works on view at GRAM.

Docents will explore the exhibition, Mario Moore: Revolutionary Times. This Michigan Artist Series exhibition brings together three recent bodies of work by Detroit artist Mario Moore including large-scale paintings, silverpoint drawings, and works on paper. In these works, Moore bridges America’s past and present and illuminates stories buried or ignored in Americans’ collective understanding of history.

Registration is not required. Signage will be in the Lobby with the location of the docent.
