Game Changing Conversation with Wilson Chandler & Mario Moore

In partnership with the Grand Rapids Gold and Grand Rapids Public Schools, join us for an evening at the museum with former NBA player and art collector Wilson Chandler and Detroit-based artist Mario Moore. Celebrate the intersection of art, basketball, and creativity featuring a Game Changing Conversation with our special guests, inspiring the next generation of change-makers.

Explore Wilson Chandler’s journey as an art collector, his advocacy for Black artists, and the generosity behind his decision to gift works to GRAM for our community to enjoy for decades to come.

Guests are also invited to experience an exhibition of GRPS student artwork created on basketballs, highlighting the creativity and potential of young artists in our community.
