Guest Artist: Brett Colley

Brett Colley earned his MFA in Printmaking from the University of Iowa in 1994. Now Professor of Studio Art at Grand Valley State University, Colley teaches a variety of courses and serves as coordinator of the Printmaking area. His creative/​scholarly work assumes a critical perspective on a wide array of oppressive systems, while also highlighting the resistance borne of such conditions. His projects as both an artist and curator have been exhibited in over 30 states and 6 countries.
