Join GRAM and guest educator Jill Eggers, retired GVSU professor and artist, for this professional development session exploring what it means to flourish in the classroom and beyond.

In this session, educators will take a deeper dive into creative and mindfulness practices, with an emphasis on building communication. We will engage GRAM’s studio and galleries with creative awareness practices and work with interpersonal communication through art.

2.75 SCECH credits (State Continuing Education Clock Hours) will be available for this session.

About the Instructor

Jill Eggers is a retired Associate Professor at Grand Valley State University, where she led the painting program. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Painting and Art Education from Western Michigan University, and a Master of Fine Arts degree in Painting and Printmaking from Yale University. She also studied at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Her work is exhibited nationally and is held in many private and public collections.
