GRAM FAM Plays Pretend! A Family Fundraising Event

Join GRAM for an evening of fun and creativity for the whole family! Dress up in your best party attire and experience imaginative play, music making, dancing, and artmaking, plus kid and adult-friendly dinner options.
The evening includes:
- Imagination Stations in the galleries
- A LEGO building activity with Bricks & Minifigs Grand Rapids
- A dance party with DJay Tron and Teknique Street Dance Academy
- Strike Percussion Ensemble
- Mask or hat making in the art studio with GRAM educators
- Cake decorating with Nothing Bundt Cakes
- A kid-friendly mac and cheese bar from Candied Yam alongside desserts and snacks. Grownups can expect a selection of wine and beer served at GRAM’s new Untitled Café
Tickets include Museum admission, buffet dinner, and all activities.
Event activities are recommended for ages 2 – 10.

Your contribution supports the Art for Life fund, dedicated to sustaining and growing the vital work of supporting underserved community members through innovative art education programs designed to inspire learning and creativity at the Museum, and to foster connections across our city.
Individual Tickets
Purchase individual adult and child tickets.
- $75 Adult, $40 Child (ages 2 and under are free)
For families of five or more
Families with five people or more over the age of 3 should purchase this pass.
- The Family Pass is a price cap to keep the fundraiser affordable for larger families.
For those who want a memorable family portrait
- Tickets for five people age 3+ in any combination of adults and children
- Family portrait session with a professional photographer
- Parking pass

- Underwrite an art experience at GRAM Fam Plays Pretend and be recognized as a named sponsor on the invitation, evening program, and event website.
- Sponsorship includes 4 tickets (2 adults and 2 children).
$5,000 GRAM Fam Major Sponsor
- Recognition as a Major Sponsor of GRAM Fam Plays Pretend with prominent name/logo placement on invitation, evening program, and event website.
- Opportunity to underwrite an art experience the night of the event, including Open Studio art making, DJ Dance Party, Strike Band performance, or in-gallery imagination station.
- Major sponsorship includes 6 tickets (any combination of adults and children/may also waive tickets).
$10,000 GRAM Fam Presenting Sponsor
- Recognition as a Presenting sponsor of GRAM Fam Plays Pretend with prominent name/logo placement on all event materials.
- Opportunity to underwrite an art experience the night of the event, including Open Studio art making, DJ Dance Party, Strike Band performance, or in-gallery imagination station.
- Presenting sponsorship includes 10 tickets (any combination of adults and children/may also waive tickets).
