Join us at Saturday Studio Sessions for unique and creative artmaking workshops influenced by a range of art practices. During the session, you’ll be guided through concept and material exploration. Through hands-on projects and gallery tours, participants will develop a deeper understanding of art and personal expression.
Inspired by Message from Our Planet artist Sabrina Gschwandtner’s 2007 performance piece, “Wartime Knitting Circle,” circle up with GRAM Studio to learn the fundamentals of knitting. Learn how to cast on and off, as well as the basic knit stitch. Participants will leave with their own set of knitting needles, a skein of yarn, and a foundational understanding of how to begin their next project.
