Join us at Saturday Studio Sessions for unique and creative artmaking workshops influenced by a range of art practices. During the session, you’ll be guided through concept and material exploration. Through hands-on projects and gallery tours, participants will develop a deeper understanding of art and personal expression.
These socks were made for talking, not walking. Design and sew together your own one-of-a-kind sock puppet in GRAM Studio using a variety of different materials to bring a new character to life as you explore the art of hand puppetry. Socks provided; silly voices encouraged.
Workshop fees include discounted admission to The Jim Henson Exhibition: Imagination Unlimited for December 10. Arrive 30 minutes early to independently explore the exhibition, or tour after you complete your character!
Please note: Program safety measures include face covering recommendations, regular sanitization and cleaning, and restricting the sharing of tools/materials among participants. Masks will be available for those who do not have one.
