Join GRAM for a day of fun just for Scouts! On Saturday, March 4, Girl Scouts and Cub Scouts of all levels are invited to take part in several activity stations throughout the Museum. Enjoy three floors of art exhibitions, games in the galleries, interactive elements, and art-making projects in GRAM Studio. GRAM staff and volunteers will lead all activities and provide all materials.

Activity Stations:
Become an Artist: Scouts will put their creativity to work in the GRAM Studio! Everyone is invited to create an artwork to express what makes them special, using fun materials to create a truly unique work of art.
Power of Photographs: Docents will guide Scouts through the exhibition Presence: The Photograph Collection of Judy Glickman Lauder. Scouts will explore the stories of the photographs, and then create their own photo that tells a story important to them.
Colorful Art: In the permanent collection, Scouts will explore how artists use color to express feelings and convey messages to the world. Scouts will play a game to explore how each color is used before making a colorful project to take home!
Registration Details:
Morning Session: 9:45 am – 12 pm
Afternoon Session: 1:15 – 3:30 pm
Scouts can register for a single session (either the morning or afternoon session) and can be registered as troops/groups or as individuals. A troop leader or parent must be present.
Price includes admission, all activities, and a GRAM patch.
Final payment will be due by March 1st.
Please note: Program safety measures include face covering recommendations, regular sanitization and cleaning, and restricting the sharing of tools/materials among participants. Masks will be available for those who do not have one.
