Create your own tiny textile artwork inspired by Ray Materson: Metamorphosis in this hands-on workshop. Drawing from Materson’s use of textiles to tell stories, we’ll explore how texture, color, and materials can be transformed into a meaningful work of art.
Participants will create a one-of-a-kind felted artwork featuring autumn or Halloween imagery, adding detail with simple embroidery stitches or sewn beads. Finished pieces will be displayed in a faux wood embroidery hoop, creating a miniature textile artwork ready to take home.
All materials provided. No experience necessary.
