Drop-In Studio: Textured Landscapes

Join drop-in studio to get hands-on and play with texture inspired by The Matter of Awe: Landscapes in Art. Move through different stations featuring a variety of tools — like cotton balls, palette knives, forks, and more — to explore unique ways of making marks and textures with paint. Using the techniques discovered, participants will create their own textured landscape artwork, layering patterns and shapes to bring their scene to life.

Drop-in Studio sessions occur every Saturday from 11 am — 3 pm, and are included with general Museum admission.
