About the Speaker
A graduate of Kendall College of Art and Design, Peter Jacob is an interior designer and furniture designer who has collaborated with many Grand Rapids-based and national businesses throughout his career. After serving as Director of Design at a Kindel Furniture Company, Jacob founded his own design practice in 2007, Peter Jacob Kind Creative, where he creates custom interior and product design projects for a wide range of clients, including Klingman’s Furniture and Design, Covet, and Think Design. This event is organized by the Visionnaire Executive Committee, a group of creative young adults, ages 21 – 40, committed to introducing new audiences to the Grand Rapids Art Museum and encouraging lifelong engagement. Through a variety of events and programs, the Executive Committee furthers GRAM’s mission to connect people through art, creativity, and design, and promote the Museum’s world-class collection and special exhibitions.

Please note: programming at GRAM is running with enhanced safety measures, including face covering requirements regardless of vaccination status, regular sanitization and cleaning, and restricting the sharing of tools/materials among participants. Masks will be available for those who do not have one.
